After the grand success of Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the makers are planning to release the third installment of this horror comedy franchise. The actor recently posted the teaser video on a social media platform. The video shows an abandoned Bhawanigarh mansion, where the storyline of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 takes place. It also shows him sitting in a rocking chair and singing “Ami Je Tomar”. Kartik Aaryan, making a comeback as Rooh Baba, questioned, “What do you think—is the story over? The doors are closed so that they can be opened again.”
In addition to this, the actor dropped the hint of its release on Diwali 2024 (i.e., October 31, 2024). The teaser was released on March 1, 2023.

After the huge success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the iconic pair of producer Bhushan and Krishan Kumar and director Anees Bazmee again came together for the horror comedy-drama Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Bhushan Kumar and Kishan Kumar will produce this film under the banner of T-Series Films. Gulshan Kumar and T-Series will handle distribution for this release.
Star Cast
Just as in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik Aaryan will continue to lead in this sequel as “Rooh Baba”. The success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has outdone all expectations. It managed to bring in a remarkable sum of 230.75 crores globally. The sequel is more successful than the original film, which came in 2007. The film not only went on to become Kartik Aaryan’s highest-grossing movie but also became one of Bollywood’s biggest releases in 2022.
Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, and Sanjay Mishra played supporting roles in the Bhool Bhulaaiya 2. It might be possible that they joined the cast of Bhool Bhulaaiya 3 as well. However, there is no official confirmation about any female lead and supporting actors. The female lead and supporting actors will be announced soon.
The actor is currently busy shooting his next, “Satyaprem Ki Katha” opposite his Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 co-actress Kiara Advani. According to media reports, Kartik Aryan will begin shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 immediately after he concludes the “Satya Prem ki Katha” shoot. Bhool Bhulaiyaa fans are very excited and eagerly waiting for the release since the teaser hit the social media platform.
