    • Go to the SMS section and click on create a new message. Type EPREBILL<space>MONTH NAME<space>YOUR EMAIL ID and send the SMS to 121. Suppose you want to know a complete call history of February month, then you have to write EPREBILL FEBRUARY [email protected] to 121.
    • You will get a revert message from the same number with a password. Don’t share the password with anyone.
    • Open your email that you have shared. You will get an email from them which contains all the records of your Airtel prepaid number.
    • Open your PDF and download it.
    • Once you have downloaded the PDF it will ask for a password to open, give the password which you have received in the message.
    • Now you have the access to see all the call records of the past 6 months.

    Airtel Call History for Postpaid number

    If you have a postpaid Airtel number then you don’t have to email them.

     Just simply follow these steps-

    • Text EPREBILL<space>MONTH NAME to 121. Suppose for the month of February you will write EPREBILL FEBRUARY to 121.
    • Airtel will send you a confirmation message, and after that you can check your Airtel number call details.
