The Night Manager Season 2 Storylines and Plot

In previous season, we saw Shaan Sengupta who is a former Navy Lieutenant working as a night manager in a Dhaka hotel during the Rohingya genocide. Safina Kidwai who is married to the hotel’s owner wants his help to escape from that place but when he refuses and she steals evidence of illegal arms smuggling involving Shaildendra Rungta and her husband.

Shaan shares the evidence with his friend Vikram who informs Lipika Saikia Rao who is a Raw officer. Lipika believes the evidence is strong, and Shaan is asked to protect Safina. But Shelly discovers the leak and plans to eliminate Safina. She dies because of the gang and the police declare it a suicide.

Two years later, Shaan lives in Shimla who has guilt of Safina’s death. When Shelly stay at Shaan’s new workplace, he collects information for Lipika. When they meet and talk, Shelly gets impressed by Shaan. And Lipika now visits Shaan and they decide to spy on Shelly house. And the story movies ahead and at the end they catch the Shelly and sent him to jail. The series ends here but now the season 2 will starts and will Shelly again do his comeback or something different will happen, for that we will have to wait for season 2 of The Night Manager.

The makers have kept the budget of the movie of 85 crores which is a decent budget film and it has performed well at the cinema considering its budget. The series is a Ott release and it is web series which only release on Ott app, so there is no box office collection reports of this series but the series has got great response from audience as viewers have rated with 7.6 stars out of 10 on IMDb.
