I’ve studied a good number of Yocan vapes in the past and have always been left wanting more, but I tend to overlook them because most of their products are so costly. Flexibility in Temperature
You can change the temperature in single-degree steps when it comes to temperature flexibility. Most vaporizers have this great feature, but the Yocan Hit might not be as accurate as a more expensive device. At this, the 200°F to 480°F temperature range continued to take me off guard. To maintain your herb in the vaporization range, you should be careful not to heat it above 430°F; doing so will result in burned herbs.
It takes around 30 seconds to get what you want, but a further 15 seconds result in a first hit that is stronger. I don’t think the Yocan Hit has much to offer here, particularly as a highly-priced unit like the Tronian Milatron heats up in just 25 seconds.
Vape Quality
- Yocan claims that the Hit has flow vape. However, this is untrue. It makes use of the same type of ceramic conduction oven seen in many essential vapes as well as more expensive models like the Utillian 722. This is a hybrid conduction unit at most, even if the heat that results is mostly conduction (we estimate some conduction heat as well).
- Given the cost and size of the device, vapor output is decent, and the vapor path is relatively short, producing a sharp but potent flavor punch. It’s ordinary among cheap herb vapes, falling short of devices like the 421 Vaporizer, but excels in the common of cheap herb vapes. By no means wrong, but not at all great.
Mobility
- Since it’s one of the few good dry herb vape pens available, the Yocan Hit is very mobile. It is still relatively compact and easy to carry around, even though it is not nearly as small as some 510-threaded batteries.
- Using the device on the go is now more complex than it needs to be. Because of its simple charging process plus its minimal battery capacity. While it is not usual for a top-loaded device, users must bring their materials and devices with them when using the Yocan Hit.
- All things looked at, there are new low-cost dry herb vapes offered that provide different working ways to get around the loading process when traveling. Also, there are advanced devices, such as the Zeus Arc S, which can pre-pack as many ArcPods as needed for usage while traveling.

- Yocan items, because of their low price, often fall short in this area. Overall, the body is smooth, well-machined, and sound. As the added stir tool is a great and helpful creativity, the style is a little old.

- I was completely unsure how I felt about the battery life when I first saw it. Although it’s helpful that this Yocan dry herb vaporizer uses the new USB-C standard, its capacity is limited to 1400mAh. In general, it works fine and only needs to be charged every four to six sessions. It would still have been better if they had increased the capacity, even though it would have made the device much larger. Other vaporizers, like the Zeus Arc GT3, have a 3500mAh capacity and have very similar production costs.
- While the Yocan Hit dry herb vaporizer charges in about 1.5 hours, we don’t mainly like that the battery isn’t separate and wasn’t made to be that big in the first place. This is the device’s main weak point if we were to name one.
Usage
- Things are relatively simple when it comes to using the Yocan Hit overall. It doesn’t take much skill to use, and it doesn’t take much training to pass it along to other people for a fast hit.
- Also, cleaning the Yocan Hit is a joy; the cleaning brush makes it simple to wipe both the interior and the head. We advise using a Zeus grime stick or wipe every six sessions or so to eliminate any dirt and muck. Privacy
- The only thing you have to worry about with the Yocan Hit is the smell; it’s invisible enough that most people won’t even notice if they observe you taking a hit. This unit will emit a little bit more odor than one that only uses wind.

It is light and has a beneficial built-in stir tool. The fact that a USB-C connection can be used to charge it is also more helpful, even though the battery is a little small. For fans of dry herbs looking for a cheaper choice, the Yocan Hit offers improved FDA regulations in the vaping area.
I’ve looked at devices in comparable price ranges that usually offer far more efficiency, such as the Utillian 421, but for what it costs, the Yocan Hit is a great option!
