The seventh season of the well-known Indian reality cooking show “MasterChef India” has not yet revealed its winner. As the cooking-themed reality series MasterChef India approaches its March 31st finale, some photos from the set have leaked. The winner’s photo has already gained a lot of online popularity despite the finale episode not yet having aired. The post on the fan page claims that Nayanjyoti Saikia lifted the trophy.
On the show’s fan page, a picture of Nayanjyoti carrying the trophy and wearing the MasterChef Golden coat from the grand finale has been posted. The heading says, “NAYANJYOTI lifts the #masterchefindia 7 Trophy… Finally, the Ending was good. Congratulations to you nahhh Boy.”
The makers, though, have not yet made any official announcement about it. The self-taught Assamese cook received praise from many social media users. Fans are also pleased and happy to see Nayanjyoti raise the trophy. He was always deemed by viewers to be the season’s deserving winner.
While others are quite relieved that Aruna Vijay didn’t take home the trophy. The judges of the MasterChef competition have consistently come under fire from viewers. They are alleged for favoring Aruna in many challenges and even praised her for the most basic actions.
Nayanjyoti MasterChef Journey
Young Indian chef Nayanjyoti Saikia, 26, hails from Tinsukia, Assam, India. By watching YouTube videos, he developed amazing culinary skills and a thorough understanding of the subject. He also took part in several amateur cooking contests.
Chef Vikas Khanna, a judge on MasterChef found his Instagram page, where Nayanjyoti posts pictures of his delectable dishes regularly. Chef approached him because he believed he would be a great fit for the show. However, his father is reluctant to send him to a cooking competition. Yet, Chef Vikas persuaded him to reconsider, and as a result, Nayan Jyoti began his journey on the show.
Nayanjyoti claimed in an interview that when Michelin Star Chef Vikas visited a youngster’s home to sample his culinary creation. Youngster prepared regional food, Pithas, which the chef Vikas really enjoyed.

The MasterChef India judges chose a total of 36 home cooks, who were then welcomed at the MasterChef Kitchen. The competitors competed in a cook-off to win the final 16 spots as finalists.
