How To Change UPI PIN In PhonePe?: Unified Payment Interface, or UPI – India’s official online and cashless payment system that allows us to initiate cashless transactions via various bank and third-party payment apps.
Out of multiple payment apps, PhonePe is one of the most popular and convenient apps to make payments in India. But to complete any transaction, you need to set the UPI Pin linked with your bank account to make payment through PhonePe. Without it, you won’t be able to complete any transaction.
UPI Pin is simply a 4–6-digit secret code that allows you to transfer money. It’s like your bank login and password all rolled into one—and it’s linked directly to your bank account. The funds will be transferred immediately once you enter the UPI Pin. It is just like an ATM Pin. You use it to make payments through your smartphone’s UPI App.

How To Change UPI Pin in Phone Pe?
If you do not know how to change the UPI Pin in PhonePe, then read on. In this article, we discuss step by step procedure to change the UPI Pin:
Step 1: Launch your PhonePe app on any smartphone.
Step 2: Go to the “My Money” Tab in the bottom menu.
Step 3: Now, tap on the “Bank Accounts” option.
Step 4: Now you’ll need to choose the appropriate bank account for which you want to change or reset your UPI Pin. If you have not set your UPI Pin, you will see a Set UPI Pin option. After you have selected your bank account and entered its UPI Pin, you will see an option to reset the Pin.
Step 5: After selecting the “Reset UPI Pin” option, you will be prompted to input your debit or ATM card’s last six digits and its expiry date. Once you enter the data, click on ‘Continue” to proceed.
Step 6: Now enter the OTP on your phone number to verify it. You’ll then need to set a new Pin for this bank account. Once you’ve done that, click Submit option and proceed.
Step 7: After registering, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile phone. And, it’s done!
Now, with the help of your new UPI Pin, you can make transactions and receive money from that particular bank account.
