    Get a good massage oil to improve the glide of your hands and lessen friction. Essential oils that promote relaxation and well-being, like eucalyptus or lavender, can give your homemade massage a therapeutic touch.

    Effleurage Massages to Help You Unwind:

    A basic massage technique called éffleurage uses lengthy, sweeping strokes. Use this method to glide your hands softly over the skin, starting at the extremities and going towards the heart. Effleurage creates the mood for your at-home massage while also relaxing the nervous system.

    Kneading Method for More In-Depth Work:
