Kartik Aaryan is all set to play the role of Rooh Baba in the third installment of the popular franchise Bhool Bhulaiyaa. Producer Bhushan Kumar, Director Anees Bazmee, and actor Kartik Aaryan are set to collaborate again for another blockbuster “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3”. The horror comedy levied as a family entertainer will be released in theatres on Diwali 2024.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 Teaser Details
The actor posted a teaser video on a social media platform that shows him sitting in a rocking chair and singing “Ami Je Tomar”. He captioned the video as “Rooh Baba Returns Diwali 2024.” In addition, he also used the hashtag “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.”
The abandoned Bhawanigarh mansion, where the plot of “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2” takes place, is featured in the video. Kartik Aaryan’s character says in Hindi, “Did you think the story was over? Doors are shut so that they can be opened one day.” The scene then cuts to Aaryan sitting alone on a rocking chair in a darkened room, singing “Aami je tomar”. Furthermore, his character teases “Main atmaon se sirf baat nahi karta. Aatmaen mere andar aa bhi jaati hain”.
Although the video announcement seemed to take fans by surprise, they were stunned by “Rooh Baba’s” spookiness in his appearance. Fans are delighted as another iconic blockbuster is on the way!
The makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 said in a press release “After winning the hearts of millions across the globe, the gates of ‘haveli’ will now open again for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3”.
The announcement comes months after the huge success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which was released in 2022. It grossed a whopping sum of 230.75 crores worldwide. Tabu and Rajpal Yadav also appeared in the film, along with Sanjay Mishra, who played a supporting role. The film not only went on to become one of Kartik Aaryan’s highest-grossing films but also became one of Bollywood’s biggest releases of 2022.
