Later in June 2022, Rockstar Games shared an official statement stating that they’re investing all their resources towards the development of the next GTA series game. It reflects that the developers are serious about the development of the next GTA franchise.
Chris Klippel, a famous GTA leaker, gave us additional information about the GTA 6 launch date, all thanks to him. According to Klippel, GTA 6 won’t get release before the last months of 2024. Chris Klippel is not directly linked with Rockstar Games but has made reliable GTA 5 leaks in the past.

We expect to sustain this momentum by delivering even higher levels of operating results in Fiscal 2026 and beyond,”

Why Rockstar Games Takes so long to release GTA 6?
The main reason for the delay of the release date of GTA 6 is because Rockstar Games is putting so much attention to details.
