The official Avatar Instagram account announced on Thursday that the sequel to the 2009 blockbuster will be available digitally from March 28, 2023, on multiple OTT platforms such as Amazon Video, Apple TV, Vudu, and movies anywhere. However, you will not be able to view it for free. You will have to either buy or rent it from the OTT platform. So, if you missed watching this movie in theaters, you can enjoy the ultimate sci-fi movie in the comfort of your couch.

You can watch Avatar 2 on your preferred OTT services, such as Amazon Prime, Vudu, and Apple TV. You must need to rent Avatar 2 from an OTT platform if you want to watch the sequel. It is available for rent or purchase on Amazon Prime for $19.99. Also, you can rent or buy the movie for Rs. 690 on Google Play in India.
However, if you are looking for a free streaming option, there is no official announcement available yet. Avatar 2 will likely be released on Disney+Hotstar, much like Avatar was in 2009. However, no date has been announced for such a release so far. For the time, fans can watch the original Avatar (the first sequel) on Disney+ Hotstar, which is available for free.
